A reflection about first step of an organization:
- understand that you and others have the same aim
- self-know to be in a organization: know the participant and the collective name
- decide how decide
- explain the ideal/intent and write a manifest
- identify a repeatable way to communicate between the participants
- share/find a common awareness between participants and also not-participants
if you in a group understand that you have the same aim but not the same way to act, you could decide to stay in contact with the group, to follow their news, but to not be inside.
It’s like be friends. It’s OK!
All the horizontal self-organized groups, but also the hierarchic group, base they union on trust.
So, it’s important in the horizontal group based on consensus, say what you think and be honest with the group and them-self .
Ask to yourself if you are totally agree with the actions of the group, because it’s better decide to exit by a group that stay inside but not permit to the group take decision. In this case, there are specific tactics to help the group to self-defence by this case.
Different groups can decide to act together for specific task and actions.
The groups with different ways to act but with the same ideal would find meeting to express their “federation” and agreements.
